Subscription

Select the Subscription section to view the details of your organization's Incident Xpress subscription. Here is where your Billing Address and Payment Method is displayed, as well as the current subscription plan, the renewal interval (monthly or annually), and the number of concurrent users permitted in the subscription plan. 

The slider located under the CONCURRENT USERS entry can be used to view the cost of adding more users. Slide the marker to the right to display what the new subscription cost would be to raise the number of concurrent users.

NOTE: All Incident Xpress subscriptions start with a free 30 day trial with 5 concurrent users. Subscriptions not changed to PAID subscriptions will automatically cancel following the free trial period. If a subscription is changed to PAID, more users can be added in packs of 10 using the slider bar.
